Hello! Hope everyone is having a great Thursday. Of course a Ke$ha song title. I love her album. I know a lot of people don’t like her, but I never did really go along with the majority lol. I was so happy that it was warm enough for me to wear a skirt and tights. I’ve been missing wearing those outside the house lol. I love the skirt, it’s such a unique print, and the denim jacket I’ve had for some years now. I know cropped isn’t always flattering, but I like it with this ensemble. Different layers at different levels. It was still kind of cold so I wore a hat again :)

So, I’m going to get personal wit you all for a moment. It deals with religion, and you don’t have to agree with what I believe, this is just something I’ve been dealing with. For the first time in many many years, I prayed last night. I prayed about things going on in my life, things that have been hindering me from moving forward. I am hoping that I can build a closer connection to God, because when I was connected at one point, things were going great in my life.

I have so much stuff to do tonight. I have a meeting for the Black Student Association that I am apart of, and then a dance practice for the MLK Parade in my town. I'm so excited to be apart of the parade again this year. I will have to post pictures form that day, although my parade outfit will be very simple probably. I will be going out for the annual block party in my area and I will have to debut a new look that I will be infusing into my current wardrobe. I hope you guys will love it!

Well, I'm going to finish painting my nails (bright pink in honor of my favorite female rapper Nicki Minaj) and I will be decorating them with gold and silver. I will post a picture here tomorrow. Before I go, I want to thank everyone who has been viewing and commenting on my blog. I had plans on deleting it since I felt that I really wasn't all that special and my style probably wasn't worthy. But then i thought, what if there are people who just don't have Blogger accounts that check my blog daily? I could be inspiring someone out there, and I don't even know it. By me sharing my personal issues here as well, I could be helping someone out. So, I will continue blogging, even if I never get another comment, because who knows what my blog is doing for someone else :) Again, thanks for your support! Until tomorrow, C-ya!

  1. Hi Sarah, you must be feeling a little bit disappointed when you don't get much comments or visitors on your blog, believe me, you're not the only one! I do feel that way too in the beginning, however, I tricked myself into believing that I have many readers and followers. I read other blogs and I learn how to ensemble my outfit with my own tastes. We learn new things everyday. Now, I have my friends who do not have Blogger accounts reading my blog almost everyday. There's so many ways you can promote your blog. If you noticed, there are people who wear clothes nothing much different like us, however, they have a lot of followers and readers. I guess you are able to figure out by now. So, you have my support!

    Cheers!
