All That Glitters Ain't Gold

So, I recently purchased these two sweatshirt dresses (one black and one white) from Walmart for $10 each and when I tried them on, they were shapeless, and I hate shapeless on my body frame, especially since I have a large bust. So, I grabbed a gold belt, threw on my platforms, and ran with it :) I love the feel of this dress, it was perfect for the slight breeze today. The shoes are not has painful as I thought. Of course, I wore gold flat sandals for the longer pedestrian commute, but I still felt fierce!

So, my birthday is finally coming together. I'm going to AppleBees with some friends, then a select few are going to go out to the club with me :) Even though, again, I hate the club, but I really don't have much choice since I'm the first to turn 21. I also have decided to go with the Fresh Beat Band theme for my daughter's party :) She's going to love it!

Ok, so I've been pretty pissed lately. It's freakin October and it's still 90 degrees! I want to wear all my cute fall and winter clothing, btu I can't. This is so lame, but I'm not going to complain because I'm going to maintain my summer chic :)
