I hope everyone had a great weekend so far. I went out clubbing Friday night, and this is what I wore. I took a picture of it in the daytime so i could get a good shot, I wanted to go for a bohemian feel but still look “diva glam”. I bought the ASOS fringe crop tank a few months ago and had yet to wear it. I fell in love with the fringing and the fact that it was a tank style. I wore my skirt a bit higher up than usual because I do not have the stomach for a crop top and showing skin in it. I just got these Forever 21 sandals recently and I love them. I’ve actually been wearing them for the past three days since I’ve had them. I wore them to church today :) I had to usher and i refused to stand in one spot in heels.
I have been having some inner struggles to deal with that I will be talking about on my personal blog. A lot of it has to do with recent comments about my style from friends, as well as my ever saddening love life. I don’t pity myself or feel sorry for myself though. As long as I have God, my family, and select friends, I’m okay. Thanks for all of the comments and views, I greatly appreciate it.
I am going to try to keep my venting short. I am stuck in a catch 22. My ex-boyfriend wants us to get back together. He's not Amerie's father, but this man hurt me so much, I thought I couldn't open my heart again. However, I am still talking to this current guy (3 months coming up). I need to know how the current guy I'm dating feels and if he wants to be in a relationship with me, then I will do that. I can't help but wonder how after all this time, my ex has always somehow popped up when I'm talking to someone new. It's rather annoying lol. The Catch 22 is if I go back with my ex & risk losing a great friendship, or do I stay with the current guy and push my ex back into the storage closet of my heart. Let me know what you think please, I could use dome advice :)
Isn't that always how it happens? Before I was married, every time things would be going well with a new guy, an ex would come into the picture and throw me for a loop. If the ex hurt you before, chances are he'll do it again. Think about his motivation for coming to you now - he must need something, or have been recently dumped himself. I say give things a chance with the new guy. If your ex is a good guy at all he'll understand and not shut you out for wanting to stay "just friends."
ReplyDeleteOh that's a difficult decision, but i think that if your ex hurted you so much, you should dissmiss him, he's not worth it? Think about it. But i'd say NO. And your outfit is so inde, i love it!
