Sorry that the photo is so blurry. I couldn't fit my Nixon camera in my purse/backpack and I was short on time. I took this in the school library, which has the worst lighting ever :( Again, sorry for the low grade quality, but I wanted to post something so you guys would know I'm still alive. I am also going to post a styling post after this for great looks for the Homecoming season :)

I have been working so hard at school, it's definitely one of the most stressful semesters I've had in a while, which has affected my blogging. I hope you all can forgive me for the absence. Hopefully things will get a little easier.

I may also have a guest blogger on my blog soon. I have a mentee (as a part of a mentoring program on campus for incoming freshman) and am thinking of having her do a post every now and then, so she can give her perspective on fashion and what's going on :) I also plan on doing a full photoshoot soon for all of my runway inspired looks for fall. Hopefully I will be able to post something soon :)

I am extremely excited for my NYC trip in a three weeks. I am also a tad nervous but I will be fine. I love NYC and can't wait to embrace the city, as wll as the lessons I learn in the class.
