Little Girl's Big Dreams

Once upon a time, there lived a girl with big dreams

She loved fashion and all she wanted to do was be engulfed in it.

She knew at a young age that she wanted to do something big.

And no matter who would try to stop her, she wouldn't falter

As she got older, her love for music took over her passion for fashion

She became involved in everything music, singing and dancing for hours

She found that through music, she could express her inner most thoughts and emotions

But that meant that fashion faded into the background.

When she got older, she met a man who she loved unconditionally

Everything he said or did was perfect, he could do no wrong

Until one night proved that the love was one sided

And now she was stuck with not just her dreams, but the dreams of another

As time went on, she dealt with depression and anxiety, and sometimes couldn't take it

There were days where she wanted to end her own life

But when she looked into the eyes of a small angel, she knew it wasn't worth it

And now more than ever, she needed to fulfill her dreams of music and fashion

She stands today a stronger woman, a woman who is almost over all of her pain

Though each day brings new drama, she doesn't let it phase her

She has found the happy place she always wanted, but most importantly

She has found a way to fulfill her childhood dreams.

Yes I am back with the poetry. Hope you all enjoyed it. I am really starting to feel the creative juices flowing in my head again, which makes me so thrilled. I will say that things may slow down again because I will be starting a nigh class for a month this summer. But I will do my best to continue the blogging. I also want to do a giveaway since I never thought in a million years I would get over 100 followers, and I'm almost to 125 :) I I'm thinking of doing a giveaway with jewelry again, or possibly a giftcard...haven't decided yet. I will let you all know when I post it :)

Thanks so much for the support you have all shown me thus far. Words cannot express how I appreciate your condolences and it really is still rough but I am pushing forward like my brother did for so long. I know he is in heaven smiling down on our family.
