Max Rave crochet tank, Vintage shorts, Max Rave sandals, Red scarf worn as headband, F21 hoops, Random black necklace, Wet Seal bracelet watch

This is going to be a really short post because i have to study for two exams tomorrow. I was afraid to wear these shorts because they are so, well, unique. But something told me to just rock them and be cool. I'll admit people looked at me a bit strange, but all in all, I think people were diggin it, not that I care because I love these shorts. My mom said I looked very "Carribean" today, whatever that means. I just realized my legs are uber skinny compared to the rest of my body, but all well, I've accepted it.

Ok, I'm going to probably be the last person to address this issue. Kanye West, what the hell were you thinking? I mean, I agree with you, i think Beyonce deserved the award. However, i also feel like Beyonce has enough awards and losing one will not hurt her career. Yes, "Single Ladies" is probably going to be in history for the phenomenon it created. But I actually like Taylor Swift's song. It's catchy, and it reminds me a little of myself. I feel you were out of line, Mr. West. You showed how ignorance is not a blessing, but a curse. I respect you as a nartist, because I've been a fan since "Through The Wire/Through The Fire" but as a person, I've lost a lot of respect for you. I don't care if your girlfriend is bald with a fat behind. I don't care if you dress well. The person on the inside makes you ugly. You could have shown your opinion in a different way than that. It was tasteless and classless, and it gives a negative image of African-American people, Thank you Mr. West for showing the world that African-American people really are as ignorant as we assumed them to be.

Ok, I gotta study, but for now, he're some lyrics:
Our song is the slamming screen doors,
Sneakin' out late, tapping on your window
When we're on the phone and you talk real slow
'cause it's late and your mama don't know
Our song is the way you laugh
The first date "man, I didn't kiss her, and I should have"
And when I got home ... before I said amen
Asking God if he could play it again
"Our Song" by Taylor Swift
