Dreams To Reality

Funny how times passes you by
And before you know it, you're an adult
I don't know how I ended up here
Seems like just yesterday, I was entering the teenage stage of life.

I remember still dressing up, ready for my big dance debut
Then twisting my ankle two times on each leg hindered the strength I needed for the industry
So then I moved to singing
Which ended as soon as my duet partner passed away
I finally decided that fashion would be my thing
And I haven't looked back since
At first it was just a hobby
But as I'm growing older, I see that I want to make this a career
I consider myself to be pretty stylish
And I've been asked numerous times for fashion advice
I've even been asked to do some closet re-organization
So the signs are there...what's stopping me?
 Fear...
Fear of failure, of not being smart enough
Not having enough savvy, not being at the level that's required of me
Hence why I am focusing more than ever to get my life together.
This road will be rough
I will definitely have ups and downs
But this is my passion, my love, and I have to be the best role model for my daughter
So here I go, no holding back, Fashion Industry, here I come!

Wearing a thrifted floral romper (size medium by the way), Styluxe via Urbanog.com black cut out wedges, Forever 21 + black stretch belt, Anne Klein gold lion door knocker earrings, Ebay gold men's watch, and Family Dollar purple and red bangles.

I missed you guys. Working two jobs is rough, but at least my summer class is over. I definitely got an A in my class :) So hopefully the one class will raise my GPA a little (I'm at a 3.7 so I'm not doing too bad). I am so ready to graduate. I have one more year and I hope to make it memorable :)

I am now on Tumblr too :) Here's the link:

Check me out on there but bear with me because I just started using it :). I hope you all have a great day and remember, be bright, bold, and beautiful. Live life to the fullest and don't let anything get in the way of your happiness and freedom.

Peace, Love, and Happiness
